Yang Changli was elected chairman of the second board of directors of CGN Power

On May 20th, CGN Power Co., Ltd. (CGN Power, stock code: 001816.HK; CGN, stock code: 003816.SZ), a subsidiary of China General Nuclear Power Group, held the annual general meeting of shareholders in 2019, the first general meeting of shareholders of H shares in 2020, the first general meeting of shareholders of A shares in 2020 (hereinafter collectively referred to as the "shareholder meeting"), and the 17th meeting of the second board of directors in the CGN Building in Shenzhen.

At the 17th meeting of the second board of directors, Yang Changli, the current deputy secretary of the Party Committee, Director and President of CGN, was elected the chairman of the second board of directors of CGN Power.

According to relevant regulations, prior to the 17th meeting of the second board of directors, CGN Power held a general meeting of shareholders. Gao Ligang, executive director and president of the company, presided over the meeting and reported to shareholders on behalf of the board of directors on business performance in 2019 and key work in 2020. Subsequently, the general meeting of shareholders deliberated and passed 14 resolutions, and elected Yang Changli, Wang Wei the non-executive directors of the second board of directors.

Shareholders or shareholder representatives, members of the board of directors such as Shi Bing and Na Xizhi, representatives of the board of supervisors, and heads of relevant intermediaries attended the meeting.
