Yang Changli and Pang Songtao Meet with Lin Wu,Secretary of the Shandong Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China

On April 15, Yang Changli, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of China General Nuclear Power Group, and Pang Songtao, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and President of CGN, met with Lin Wu, Secretary of the Shandong Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China, in Jinan.

Lin Wu and Yang Changli respectively introduced the development situations of Shandong Province and China General Nuclear Power Group. They exchanged views on topics including comprehensive utilization of nuclear energy, nuclear technology research and development, and new energy development. Both sides expressed their intention to, on the basis of their good existing cooperation, comprehensively deepen strategic collaboration, steadily advance the construction of relevant nuclear power projects, strengthen the planning and layout of major projects, actively carry out beneficial explorations such as nuclear energy-based heating and steam supply, promote the deployment of more advanced nuclear energy technologies in Shandong, and work together to facilitate the energy transition and green, low-carbon, high-quality development.
